Grace recovery meeting
Hi my name is _________ and I am healed, set free, forgiven, a child of God.
Mondays | 6:30pm
Our meeting is Christ-centered—a place of true community, belonging, and fellowship.
It’s a safe and welcoming space where life’s struggles can be shared without fear of judgment. Every story matters here, and honesty is always met with grace.
We are more than just a meeting—we are a family. Walking side by side, we encourage one another and draw strength from God’s Word ( We use the Life Recovery Bible).
Come as you are. You belong here.
*Meetings are held at Grace Church | 610 Independence Street | Frederick Street Entrance*
WHat is a recovery meeting like?
What Our Recovery Meetings Look Like
6:00–6:30 PM – Fellowship
People start rolling in, grabbing coffee or snacks, and catching up. No rush, no pressure—just a chance to connect and settle in.
6:30 PM – Prayer + Breaking Bread
We kick things off with a short prayer, then share a meal or light snacks (depends on the night).
Open Share Time
After we eat, we open the floor. If you’ve got something on your heart, this is the time. No judgment, just listening and support. It’s often the most powerful and healing part of the night.
Topic, Activity, or Group Chat
Then we shift into a recovery-focused moment. Sometimes we dive into a topic, sometimes it’s a hands-on activity, sometimes just an open discussion. It’s always real, and an opportunity to connect and engage.
7:20 PM – Closing Prayer
We wrap up in prayer at the end of every meeting.
7:30 PM – Done for the Night
We end on a good note—hugs, high fives, a few laughs. We head out more encouraged than we came in, and feel strengthened as we continue to walk in sobriety.

Grace Recovery Meetings are led by
Jeremy and Stephanie Brooks —
A couple deeply passionate about helping others break free from addiction. Having personally experienced the pain of addiction and the power of recovery, they now walk boldly in freedom and sobriety, dedicating their lives to helping others do the same. Both Jeremy & Stephanie have been sponsors in other recovery programs, and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Grateful for the tools and resources that supported their journey, Jeremy and Stephanie both agree that it was ultimately God who made the lasting difference and gave them the strength to stay sober. Their genuine compassion and commitment are evident in the lives they touch — bringing hope, healing, and transformation to many.
